Ashley James Meat Company was born out of a genuine passion and enjoyment in bringing the finest meat London has to offer, down to the south coast.
We make life difficult for ourselves, to bring the best to you. We work closely with chefs to get a better product onto their menu. Looking after you and your customers is our number one priority.

Supplying fresh produce is what we pride ourselves in, no stock is carried, and everything is purchased to order from Smithfield Meat Market in London. We guarantee fresh meat everytime.
Our Products
Consistency of quality is key! All of our meats are hand selected by ourselves and to ensure we are providing the freshest product. Everything we sell is fully traceable.
We carefully handpick all of our cuts of beef from specialists at Smithfield Market to ensure our meat products are of the highest quality and grade. We offer a wide selection of products from Whole Carcasses, Steaks, Joints, Minced & Diced across multiple cuts and pack formats to suit every customer’s needs.
Arguably the best countries in Europe for lamb production, our British & Welsh lamb produce meat with outstanding flavour and succulence all year round. Providing anything from a selection of Joints, Steaks, Minced or Diced, as well as a whole lamb.
Unlike many of our competitors, we prefer to back the British pork industry where possible. Besides the traditional carcass cuts, we offer cuts ranging from tenderloins to collars to differing rib products.
We work closely with the South Coasts leading Game dealer. Game is no longer available to just the few: we are pleased to offer you the best quality, country reared produce, oven ready and easily accessible.
We offer an extensive range of Delicatessen and supply Cooked Meats, Cheese, Sausages, Burgers, Gammon, Bacon and Pate.
We are able to offer our customers choice. Whether it’s Free Range, Corn Fed or Organic poultry, whole birds or portions, we strive to meet specific customer requirements. All of our regular suppliers get their birds in daily to achieve ultimate freshness.
